If you have allergies, follow a special diet, or have special requests regarding food on the conference day, please contact us immediately. We can accommodate most requests if we are notified in good time. The menu, number of place settings, and special servings are finalized 14 days before the conference. If allergies are reported later than this, we can only accommodate them at an additional cost.
As a rule, our conferences always take place. If a physical conference is not possible, the conference will be moved to another date or held online. Registered participants will automatically be moved to the new date or online event, but will be notified of this in advance. Should we be forced to cancel a conference entirely, we will of course credit the full amount.
Registration is binding. If you cancel later than 30 days before the conference or seminar, the amount cannot be credited. If you are unable to attend, you are of course welcome to transfer your place to a colleague.
