Learn to Master AI
Why this AI workshop?
This workshop is designed for creatives, designers, and marketers who want to explore AI as a practical tool for creating powerful, usable visuals and efficient workflows. You’ll learn how to use AI commercially and integrate it into your daily practice—without getting bogged down in complexity.
During the workshop, we’ll take a hands-on approach to your own projects and specific needs, giving you the chance to put theory into practice right away. You’ll walk away with a clear AI workflow that you can apply directly to your work, as well as practical tips and tricks for enhancing your creative processes and visual style.
The workshop combines inspiration, hands-on practice, and guidance so that you can subsequently work more efficiently, creatively, and purposefully with AI in your projects.
What you will gain from the workshop
- An Introduction to the Most Valuable Generative AI Tools
- Introduction to idea generation, imagery, product shots, and marketing
- Hands-on training in using the tools
- Scaling up and quality assurance
- Copyright and the Ethical Use of Generative AI
- Workflows tailored to your tasks and challenges
- Certificate of AI Competencies (relevant to the EU’s AI Regulation)
Program
1. Stories that shape the future
Where our imagined futures come from, and how they quietly influence our decisions and emotions.
2. The Psychology of the Unknown
A human perspective on uncertainty: threat, control, avoidance, and hope, plus what helps people remain open-minded and constructive.
3. From Anxiety to Agency
A practical shift: how to approach the future in ways that foster stability and choice.
4. Making the future feel real
How design language and cultural codes shape what we believe is possible, legitimate, and “for people like us.”
5. IRL Futures Safari (outdoor segment)
We go outside to “read the world” together. You’ll learn to focus on subtle cues, patterns, and changing norms with an open mind, without falling into cynicism or hype. We’ll return with our observations, and we’ll help you make sense of them.
6. Creativity as a skill that can be developed
Using the insights we gained from our safari, we’ll experiment with tools to expand our imagination and observation skills, and turn those insights into opportunities.
7. Your personal futures practice
A simple set of habits and prompts you can use in your daily life to foster a healthier relationship with whatever the future may hold.
Wrap-up
Shared reflections, key takeaways, and how to keep the practice alive in everyday work (and life).

“Susanne provided a great and reassuring introduction to AI. The workshop began with an overview of laws, regulations, and the like, which was really helpful and highly relevant. It was great to be able to work with my own images and case studies, and to get help when I got stuck. I now feel much more confident about starting to use AI in my work.”
