Terms and conditions
Here you will find the terms and conditions for purchasing products, conferences, and seminars from pej gruppen trendstore.dk.
We usually aim to ship physical items within 1–2 days of receiving your order.
pej gruppen both PostNord and GLS as carriers for the delivery of goods (depending on the shipping method). However, timely delivery depends on the day-to-day delivery service provided by the respective carrier. If delays occur on the carrier’s end, this will correspondingly delay the delivery.
Please note that deliveries to Bornholm and certain small islands may not be covered by the carriers’ goal of next-day delivery. pej gruppen held responsible for any delays on the part of the carrier.
pej gruppen a processing fee of 50.00 DKK (excluding VAT) for orders paid by credit card.
If you choose to pay by invoice, a billing fee of 100.00 DKK (excluding VAT) will be charged.
Please note that no processing fee is charged for free seminars, subscriptions to pej trend, or for the publications 365DESIGN, Branchebladettøj, and TID&tendenser.
pej gruppen all your card details using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This ensures that unauthorized parties cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
We accept payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, and JCB. The payment will not be charged to your account until the item is shipped.
If payment is made after the due date, we reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, plus a late payment fee of DKK 100.00 for each reminder sent, as well as a compensation fee in accordance with Section 9a of the Danish Interest Act.

Here's how to make a purchase in our online store:
- Find the item you're looking for.
- Add the item to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” icon.
- You can continue shopping if there are more items you'd like to buy.
- If you change your mind or want to make changes, such as adjusting the quantity of items, you can either remove the item using the "Remove" button or change the quantity directly in the box. Click "Update Cart" to see the updated price.
- When you're ready to pay, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
- On the next screen, you can select your payment method and shipping option.
- Enter your customer information and, if applicable, an alternate shipping address. Click “Continue”.
- Please confirm your order by reviewing the order details and the information you entered.
- Your order will not be shipped until you click the “Confirm” button. If you leave the page without clicking this button, the purchase will not be completed.
- Immediately after the transaction is completed, the system will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided in your customer information.
We reserve the right to make changes to product availability, prices, and printing errors. All transactions in our store are conducted in Danish kroner. If you would like to use a different currency, please contact our customer service. Please note that pej gruppen guarantee that the website and online store will always be error-free and fully functional.
All our prices are listed exclusive of VAT and in Danish kroner (DKK). Delivery, shipping, or postage costs may vary and will be added to your order. On the payment page, delivery costs will appear as a separate line item and will be included in the total payment amount.
Subscriptions to our Media membership in pej trend are ongoing and are automatically renewed from one term to the next, with a term of one year.
We send an annual renewal invoice. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must notify us in writing at support@pejgruppen.dk. It is important to note that simply failing to pay the renewal invoice is not sufficient. Our notice period is ongoing + 3 months, which means you must cancel your subscription with three months’ notice before the start of the next period. Failure to pay, returning, or refusing delivery from the postal service does not exempt you from paying for magazines/products already shipped. Please note that pej gruppen the right to adjust prices once a year.

All intellectual property rights belong to pej gruppen its licensors.
By logging in to our Media platform, you Media the following:
- The content may only be used in accordance with general copyright laws.
- You may only download and save content for personal use.
- You may not create a database that contains content from the media.
- You may not disclose or reuse the content to any third party.
- If you use materials for teaching purposes, you must report this to Copydan (the copyright royalty system in Denmark).
These terms ensure that the use of the content complies with applicable laws and protects copyright.

Invoices for advertisements in print trade journals are issued on the publication date, and payment is due within 8 days.
Invoices for online advertising and advertorials are issued on the date the agreement is entered into, and the payment terms are also 8 days net.
We reserve the right to make adjustments in the event of strikes, lockouts, or force majeure.
Deadline
Please meet the submission deadline.
If assistance is needed to edit the material, an hourly rate of 800 DKK (excluding VAT) will be charged.
Registration
Registration is open until the day of the event. However, we recommend registering early to avoid sold-out events.
Your registration will be confirmed once payment is received. Registration is binding.
You can give your ticket to a colleague or friend if you are unable to attend.
If a conference is canceled, we will refund the full amount.
Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will not be refunded due to advance costs.
According to "Section 17(2) of the Act on Certain Consumer Contracts, cf. Section 9(2)(2a)," ticket purchases are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
Prices on the website do not include sales tax and fees.
Catering
Full-day conferences include morning coffee, lunch, and any additional refreshments.
Trend conferences in May and November feature a 3- to 4-course seasonal colour trend menu.
Payment
The amount will be charged immediately after payment, and you will then be officially registered.
You will not receive a ticket via email, but your name will be on the attendee list when you arrive.
Online conferences and webinars are held via Zoom Business. The schedule and link will be sent out the week before the event begins.
Privacy Policy
pej gruppen your privacy. We do not share your information with third parties and do not sell your personal data.
By registering for in-person full-day conferences, you agree to the possibility of being photographed or videotaped for use on our social Media. Please contact us if you wish to opt out.

Your account number, which also serves as your subscription number, can be found on the invoice below the date. It would be helpful if you could provide this number whenever you contact us regarding your subscription. This will make it easier for us to process your inquiries.
Changes of address, changes to the recipient, etc., can be made by emailing info@pejgruppen.dk or by calling 9711 8900.
When renewing subscriptions to magazines and other products from our international suppliers, please allow up to 3 weeks for processing after we receive your payment. This is because we must make advance payments to the publishers. We strive to process your order as quickly as possible and ensure that you receive your subscription materials within this timeframe.

Complaints regarding defects or deficiencies must be reported immediately upon receipt.
Please note that shipments can be tracked for up to 60 days in the past in cases of undelivered packages.
Magazines, journals, trend products, color charts, and other items purchased from the pej group’s Trendstore or online portals generally cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted by special arrangement. This also applies to items purchased at trade shows, during conferences, and at the physical store at Bitsovgård in Herning. Please note that pej group’s products are professional products and are therefore not covered by standard consumer protection rules. However, you are welcome to visit our showroom in Herning or attend trade shows to view trend materials and books in person.
In general
No personal information collected on the pej group’s website will at any time be transferred, sold, or made available to third parties. All information is stored securely and is accessible only to trusted employees of pej gruppen. In connection with any electronic payments, a secure encrypted method is used through the Webshop system. This is an approved provider with certification from E-mærket.
The shopping system uses cookies to manage the contents of your shopping cart. A cookie is simply a file that is stored on your computer. You can also choose to have the system save your address information for your next visit. If you wish to delete this information at a later time, you can do so through your browser settings. In Internet Explorer, for example, this is done via the “Tools” menu and the “Internet Options” menu item.
When you make a purchase, we ask for your name, address, phone number, and email address. This information is used solely for processing your order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form and retained for 5 years. The “contract” (purchase agreement) itself is not stored by pej gruppen a way that allows you to log in later to view or change its status. Additionally, we record the IP address from which any purchase is made. This information is not normally used, but may be used in the event of a police investigation. All fraudulent orders are reported to the police. You may also optionally have your email address added to a mailing list at pej gruppen, so that you regularly receive news and other information from pej gruppen. You can subscribe to or unsubscribe from this service at any time, as you wish. In accordance with the Personal Data Act, we will provide information about registered data upon request, and based on any objections, we will delete the data to the extent requested.

Processing of Personal Data – Performance of a Contract
In connection with your purchase from pej gruppen , you pej gruppen provided a number of personal data, including in particular

We process this personal information in connection with the fulfillment of your purchase, as it is necessary for us to fulfill our part of the transaction, and for a subsequent period of 5 years to make it easier for you to shop with us again. After that, the information will be deleted.
If you have ordered delivery, your name, address, phone number, and email address will be shared with our shipping carrier, currently GLS, for the purpose of delivering your order.
Processing of Personal Data – Consent
If you have checked the box “Yes, I consent to you contacting me via email with newsletters or offers,” we will process your email address and information about your purchases from us until it is no longer relevant. In practice, this means until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive emails from us.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this either by clicking the link at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us at support@pejgruppen.dk and letting us know that you no longer wish to receive our newsletters and offers.
Data Security
Whether we process your personal data to fulfill a contract or based on your consent, we will always process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act.
Your information will be used solely for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted once that purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant.
We use third parties to process your payment information and handle your purchases. We have entered into data processing agreements with these processors, which ensure that they comply with applicable regulations regarding the protection of your personal data.
