In the following, you can find the terms and conditions of purchase for productsconferences and seminars from pej gruppen or trendstore.dk.

We typically process orders within 1-2 days from the time they are placed.

Our shipping method involves utilizing international carriers such as UPS, DHL, and others. The delivery timeframe is influenced by the chosen carrier as well as the distance involved.

pej gruppen applies a handling fee of DKK 50.00 excluding VAT.

In addition, if invoice payment is selected, there is an invoicing fee of DKK 75.00 excluding VAT.

pej gruppen encrypts all your card data using the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorised third parties cannot read your card number or other data during the transaction with PBS.

pej gruppen accepts payment by MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron and JCB. Payment will not be debited from your account until the goods are dispatched.

In the event of payment after the due date, we reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 1.5% per month + a penalty charge of DKK 100.00 per reminder issued, in addition to a compensation charge pursuant to section 9a of the Danish Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act.

  1. Find the item you need and click on the “Add to basket” symbol to place it in your shopping basket.
  2. If you wish to buy additional items, you can continue shopping.
  3. If you want to make any changes to your purchase, such as modifying the quantity or removing an item, you can use the delete button or adjust the quantity in the designated box. Click “Update basket” to view the updated price after making any changes.
  4. Proceed to the checkout by clicking on the “Go to checkout” button.
  5. On the checkout screen, you can select your preferred payment method and shipping options.
  6. Enter your customer information and, if applicable, provide an alternative delivery address. Click “Continue” to proceed.
  7. Review and confirm your order, ensuring that all the details are correct.
  8. Your order will not be placed until you click on “Accept”. If you leave the page without clicking this button, the purchase transaction will not be completed.
  9. Once you click “Accept”, the system will promptly send an order confirmation to the email address you provided during the customer information stage.

Please note the following:

  1. Availability of items, pricing adjustments, and printing errors may affect your order.
  2. All transactions are conducted in Danish Kroner (DKK) or Euro, and if you require a different currency, kindly reach out to our customer service.
  3. pej gruppen cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation and error-free performance of the website and online store at all times.

Regarding pricing:

  1. All prices listed are exclusive of VAT and are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) or Euro.
  2. Delivery, freight, or postage costs may vary and will be added to your order.
  3. On the payment page, the delivery costs will be displayed separately as a line item, forming part of your total payment.

Please note the following regarding subscriptions:

  1. Subscriptions are ongoing and will automatically renew for each subsequent period.
  2. Once a year, we will send you a renewal invoice for your subscription.
  3. If you wish to cancel your subscription, it is necessary to submit a written cancellation request within 14 days after receiving the final delivery within the subscription period.
  4. Failure to make payment, returning the item, or refusing to accept the item from the postal service does not release you from the obligation to pay for magazines/products that have already been issued.

Please note the following regarding cancellations for the conference:

  1. If cancellation occurs later than one week before the conference, 50 percent of the price must be paid.
  2. If cancellation takes place less than three days prior to the conference, the full amount must be paid.
  3. Instead of cancellation, you have the option to send another person from the same firm to attend the conference.
  4. Please notify us in advance about the replacement by calling +45 9711 8900.

To assist you with subscription-related inquiries, please refer to your account number, which is also your subscription number. You can locate this number on the invoice below the date. Kindly provide this number when contacting us regarding your subscription.

To update your address, recipient information, or make any related changes, you can contact us either via email at [email protected] or by phone at +45 9711 8900. Please reach out to us using either of these methods, and our team will assist you with the necessary updates.

When subscribing to magazines or other items sourced from our foreign suppliers, please note that a processing time of up to 3 weeks may be required after we receive your payment. This delay is necessary as we are obligated to pay the publishers in advance. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this process.

Claims concerning errors and missing items must be reported immediately after reception.

Please note the following regarding the return policy for products purchased at pej gruppen’s Trendstore:

  1. In general, we do not accept returns for magazines, periodicals, trend products, color charts, and other items purchased at pej gruppen’s Trendstore unless a separate agreement has been made.
  2. This policy also applies to items purchased at trade fairs, during conferences, and at our physical store located at Bitsovgård in Herning.
  3. It’s important to understand that all products available are intended for professionals and are not subject to standard consumer protection regulations.
  4. We provide the opportunity for all customers to view trend material and books in our showroom in Herning, as well as at trade fairs and exhibitions.

For electronic payments, we utilize a secure encrypted method through our authorized webshop system, which is certified by e-mark.

To manage the content in your shopping basket, our webshop system uses cookies. Cookies are small files saved on your own PC. The system also offers the option to save your address information for future visits. If you wish to delete this information, you can do so through your browser settings. For example, in Internet Explorer, this can be done via the “Tools” menu and the “Internet Options” menu item.

When making a purchase, we require your name, address, telephone number, and email address. This information is solely used for order processing purposes. The data is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form and is retained for a period of 5 years. Please note that the “contract” itself (the purchase agreement) is not stored at pej gruppen in a way that allows you to subsequently log in and view or modify its status. Additionally, we register the IP address from which any purchase is made. This information is typically not used but may be disclosed if required for purposes such as a police investigation. Please be aware that all fraudulent orders will be reported to the police. You have the option to subscribe to our mailing list, where you will receive regular news and information from pej gruppen. You can activate or cancel this service at any time. As per the Danish Data Protection Act, we disclose registered information upon request, and we also delete data upon request.

Privacy Policy – Acquisition and Use of Personal Data

Processing of Personal Data – Performance of Contract: When you make a purchase at pej gruppen, you provide various personal data, including:

Processing of Personal Data – Consent: If you have given your consent by checking the box stating “Yes, I consent to you contacting me by email with newsletters or special offers,” we process your email address and purchase data until it is no longer relevant. In practice, this means until you inform us that you no longer wish to receive emails from us.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails or by contacting us at [email protected], stating that you no longer wish to receive newsletters and special offers from us.

Data Security: Whether we process your personal data for contract performance or based on your consent, we always handle your data securely and confidentially in compliance with applicable legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Danish Data Protection Act. Your data is used only for the purpose it was collected and will be deleted when it is no longer relevant.

We engage third parties for processing payment details and handling purchases. We have data processing agreements in place with these processors to ensure compliance with personal data protection regulations.
